The secret of Corfu

As I told you before in previous posts, I really enjoyed Corfu. I say this it's a secret because before going in Corfu I had no idea about this thing. Or maybe I didn't do enough research about the island. What goes really well on a hot sunny day in Greece?

Now I am not a fan of beer. But I must say that this Corfu beer is amazing. It is made on the actual island and you can even buy beer from there. At a very good price. The factory is located on the northern part of the island in Arillas Magouladon. If you are staying in Paleokastritsa or Roda or Acharavi in the north a quick drive there it's worth it. Although the road is quite difficult and bumpy. They make several types of beer there. They have blonde, red and dark beer and many other flavors. Although the best one is the one at draft. We tried red beer at draft in Corfu town and it was amazing. The beer is called Red Ale. The place where we drank beer was Alle-Koukou Cafe Bar & Restaurant. Look it up on Tripadvisor and you'll see where it's actually located. Funny enough it's located near a church. You will also find these beers in their stores almost everywhere on the island.
