What to do while in Corfu

Besides the obvious things like going to the beach, eating souvlaki and taking lots of pictures, there are several optional things that you can do while you're in Corfu.

1. A trip to Paxos and Antipaxos islands - here you'll be greeted with the most beautiful shade of perfect blue. I haven't seen waters like that. You will not want to leave. A trip like this is between 30-45 euros per person depending on what deal you get and it is totally worth it. It's a full day trip so be ready. Also get lots of sunscreen because if it's hot this is how the sun gets you. 

2. Tour of the island - this can be done with a guide or on your own. You won't have as many information if you will go by yourself as you'll have with the guided tour. Several attractions are mountain Pantokrator, Acharavi, Canal D'Amour. The rest you'll find out when you'll go. Let's not give everything away. 

3. Visit to Aqualand Corfu - this one is for the children or for the adults who want to feel like kids again. A full day ticket is between 28 and 20 euros and they also have special prices for children and if you go after 3 PM. 

4. Corfiot night - be prepared to eat lots of food, dance a lot and have fun.

5. Go and see the beautiful Albania and Lëkurësi castle. This also a full day activity. You will visit Butrint which is a historic site where you'll find a mix of greek, roman, venetian and byzantine history. 

The views from the castle are beyond words could describe.
