Must see in Corfu

Corfu is one of the many islands in Greece which has plenty to offer. If you are curious to know what are some of the must see places there just keep reading.

1. Paleokastritsa - I say this because here you will find those turquoise waters, stunning landscapes and taverna Spiros which serves delicious food. Here are several beaches with pebbles (not sand) and the whole village it's filled with restaurants and accommodation options.

2. Canal D'Amour - Probably one of the most famous places on Corfu island. You'll find Canal D'Amour in Sidari village on the northern part of the island. Even though the sand in the water was very muddy so to say, I can only imagine how it looks when it is not. I believe there was a storm the night before we went. For the ones who know to swim, this place it's perfect for cliff jumping.

3. Old Fortress in Corfu Town - Here you will be greeted with the most beautiful panorama of Corfu town. So for those of you who enjoy hiking, this is the place to do it. You will also see some historic buildings and landmarks. Bring water to stay hydrated and a hat to protect you from the sun. Having sunburn is not fun.

4. Casa Parlante in Corfu Town - If I were to describe this place I would say it is an insight in aristocracy. It is a small museum which gives you tons of information regarding how aristocrats and servants lived back in the days. They have moving wax figures and amazing decor. It really makes you go back in time. The fee was only 6 euros.
